Prior to any intervention in co-operation with our clients, we analyze potential solutions and conceive tailor-made trainings; our main concern is to conciliate organization imperatives with the needs for personal and professional development of all participants.
In our interventions, we favor the inductive approach, the freedom of expression in a confidentiality climate, which stimulates self-questioning and self-development. We are first and foremost catalysts who clarify problem areas without imposing standardized solutions.
We do favor a participative approach and a benevolent and sincere confrontation, which are key to focusing on participants’ values and competencies. We also put the emphasis on “participants’ empowerment” in the learning and development process.
Our objectives are to ensure individual and group progression, as well as the appropriation of tools and methods enabling participants to test the acquired knowledge and skills and to develop concrete action plans.
Get participants to express themselves, to listen, to confront views, to question themselves, to stimulate the willingness to change, to increase the number of potential behavioural scenario’s and to think differently, these are the keystones of our interventions ; they constitute our commitment to our clients.
